If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on cancellation, returns and refunds. The following terms are applicable in terms of any products purchased with us.

Cancellation Rights

If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return the goods you have bought from us, you may cancel your order without giving reason. You have up to 7 days from the day you received your goods to return it without penalty. However, you may be liable for the direct costs of returning the goods. All returned items are subject to inspection to ensure that they are suitable for a refund.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 7 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods delivered. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us by making a clear statement of your decision to cancel. You can inform us of your decision to cancel by:

  • Conditions for Returns For the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
  • The goods were received within 7 working days
  • The goods are in their original packaging
Goods that do not conform with the description

If you ordered goods from a sample and/or description, you may return the goods within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the goods if they do not materially conform to the sample ordered. Incorrect delivery If we delivered goods to you that you did not order, please contact us at info@tradecfta.com to arrange for the earliest convenient collection after you have informed us of the incorrect delivery or the error. Once returned to the store, the product will undergo an assessment after which, the correct item will be dispatched.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications
  • The supply of goods is clearly personalized.
  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to public health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of goods which are, after having been supplied to a consumer, the goods have been partially or entirely disassembled, altered, added, or combined with other goods or property.

Proof of purchase

If you wish to return goods to us, we may require that you provide us with the proof of purchase, or your copy of the delivery note for us to determine and confirm:

  • That you bought the goods from us.
  • When the goods were bought by you

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that do not meet the above return conditions.

Refunds
  • You will be refunded in the same manner that you initially paid for the goods and will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
  • In the event that there is an agreement on other means of payment, It is your duty to provide the correct banking details to us in writing and we will not be liable to you if we made payment to an incorrect bank account provided by you.

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day on which the returned goods are received by us.

Returning Goods

You are solely responsible for the cost and risk associated with the returning the goods to us. The goods should be sent to the following address: Schazenweg Street, Klein Windhoek, Elandsholf Unit 53 We will not be held liable for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We therefore recommend you make use of the service of an insured and trackable mail service provider. We are unable to issue a refund without the actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery. Promotional goods, free goods, and gifts Promotional, or free goods that were part of a purchase must also be returned. If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you¡¯ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. In the event where the goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you, we will refund to the gift giver.
